By rarity, unfair to the top as the gap between the Rudolph Rat and Christmas Tree Dog is only 1 '09 rare.
Rats tend to have lower demand, but with patience you can trade them off fairly. Personally I'd do this, since you'll be getting some rare fodder, too.

They're overpaying by about a balloon. imo I like it, but then again I like the bunnies and a lot of people don't. I haven't had a UR Butterbun for trade before so I can't answer really there.

1. Technically unfair to the Aussie side. The Aussie alone would be fair for the tribal and Galaxy. However the galaxy goes for overpay normally
It depends on how the beg is valued in this case when it comes to demand

3. Unfair to the toxic side. A sorb is worth two yellow toxics

5. A bit unfair to the nonballoon. A UR dog plus a balloon dog would be fair for the sorb
6. Unfair to the sorb by a high September, the sorb is worth two yellow toxics

Demand doesn't play a big role since both pets have about the same demand. The balloon needs to add a green toxic. :)

I'd say unfair to them by rarity and even though you're offering a list pet demand is probably slightly more in their favor too.
