Would
a 1st tier advent jack o lantern rat + 2 09 rare dogs + 1 09 rare BW + a 2015 rare gummy hamster + a 2010 rare gummy horse + a 2015 rare candy event pegacorn be worth a tier 2 advent?

it would be unfair to the jack o lantern rat as the gap between the two tiers is only 1 09 rare.

But demand wise how much more than average would I have to add?

They're mostly newer items so I'd say unfair to you. As for what needs to be added that kind of depends on how you value items. That all being said, I'm a bit fuzzy on the value of items so you may want to get another opinion

Im pretty sure its unfair unless you value the reindeer plushie high. If you want to get one more opinion
