I'd say go for the second one.
The Vixen Advent can easily fetch Low~Mid September List; Their side is a Light Leopard. The Light/Dark Leopard has some demand, though not much. It's a pretty amazing overpay for a Vixen.

It is indeed unfair to you by a huge lot. The horoscope dogs do have some demand, but they don't tend to go for that much. Rarity wise, the only thing you'd need to add is the '14 Store Pet and one '10 uncommon to fill in the age gap.

Actually, it's unfair to you, but not by much. Due to the 3 months rule, it's unfair to you by.. about a '09~'10 uncommon or so. The C$ adds up to the '10 Lion, so technically, it didn't necessarily fill up the gap Apparently, the '10 Rare is worth C$10-20, so I was wrong about that, i'm not entirely sure about the C$, then.
