no, it is not,
a bottom tier main list is worth one high and one low spetember lists, not 2 low september lists ^v^ they need to add about 5 mid-advents or a red rose sept dog.

the items are very valuable, the halo alone is worth a low september list pet, and may actually be worth even more than that, it is currently being discussed. It does seem to go for more.
the rest of the items range from a 2008 VR to a 2009 Rare. I hope this gives you an idea as to what you'd like for them.

The rat is an '09 re-release and the 2015 store pets are worth a mid '10 rare

That is right, but I am wondering what the other person needs to add as in what types of rares or something like that, I'm sorry if this wasn't clear before.

The rat is a late '09 VR, so either a late '09 rare and late '10 rare could be added (another recent store pet works too), or 4 late '10 rares (again, 4 recent store pets works as well)
