I would say the first one was fair maybe a recent rare to cover the sitting cat demand|?
And i would say the second trade is unfair to the horse a wee bit as it has awesome demand.

First one is quite unfair to the cat. A recent rare won't cover the gap as the dog had an extended release date and therefore is worth less than the date suggests.
Second one is unfair to you as the horse demand is not that huge and your dog is older (:
