I believe its unfair to you Rarity wise, seeing how the UNickorn is above the gap, however its demand is terrible so this might be a good offer for it. I feel like this is one of those pets you really have to decide yourself if you are ok with it. It might be hard to get a fair trade for it of good demand pets.

They are actually on the same tier, and BEGs go for about a non/UR pot. So I believe that its about fair demand wise, though is unfair in rarity.

That looks pretty close to fair. The nick unicorn is worth 2 sorbets and a red rose. The gearback plus dark leopard equals one sorbet. The winged blood dog and some of the rares they have that adds up to 7 '09 rares worth equals the red rose. And then the rest of the quantity comes close to a balloon dog's worth, which added to the red toxic equals another sorbet. Hope this helps!
