rarity wise they would be overtrading. Tier 10 is more rare than 7.
the vixen does have better demand though, so it's up to you in the end.

unfair to you, yours is worth more as a 7th tier advent, while theirs is only a 1st tier ^^ they should add about 4-5 09 rares to make it fair (not including any vixen demand as it is quite popular)

the vixen is only an 7th tier advent, the sockdog on top of the adventlist.

No, this is not a fair trade. You are correct, 2015 store pets are worth around 20-25 C$ but since this one is more recent I'd say it's worth around 20-22 C$
