Very unfair to UR Banana
600c$ is about UR Grapes and UR Grapes + Red Rose aren't even worth a sorbet, and UR Banana is worth 2 nons and sorbet.

It actually depends how each person values the CS and banana. I usually see the UR B going for trade down or slight underpay, but most people aren't willing to pay 2 nons and a sorbet for one. I had a banana, took me 2 months to get even a near fair offer but thats prob just my luck. All UR fruits have low demand
As for the cs, most people won't give lists for it, yadadaa...

you're correct, your holly alone is worth 10 09' rares, and your wolf item is also worth an 09' rare. So your side adds up to about 11, I counted around 9 09 rares on their side, so.
