The sorbet's demand is good enough to get fair trades, but not for this much overpay. I'd say you could get at least a non for the banana if you found someone who was looking for it. c:

Theirs:
Non = 3 sorbs
Pineapple = 2 sorbets + ur Apple

Yours:
Ur Aussie = 1 non (3 sorbs) + 1 sorb = 4 sorbets
yellow sorbet = sorbet

So
non + pineapple = ur Aussie + sorbet + ur Apple

And the other pets on your side don't add up to make an UR Apple so rarity wise unfair to them

However the pineapple has bad demand so demand wise I'd say the gap was less than the ur Apple
Plus the factor of quantity on your side

I'd say it was about fair
You may find the UR pineapple slightly hard to trade off however technically their side has a higher rarity
