Unfair to you still, your Pink Balloon Bun is worth 6-7 '09 mixed '09 rares + an '09 Uncommon, their side is only worth mixed '10 early rares.

I'd call it unfair to you. The gap between the rat and and the UR pot is not made up for by the string horse.
Demand wise, UR fruits typically have bad demand, but I've found the demand of Main List Rats to be lower... It took me an eternity to trade off mine and I had to overpay.
