Honestly, I doubt the foal will be an above gap mainlist although it's a possibility. I would say they're overpaying, but I can't know for sure since the foal has no guaranteed place on the list.

We can't tell if it's fair or not because demand is extremely iffy. I personally haven't seen a single *successful* trade for the ur pony yet, but that may be because I'm not looking very hard. It seems like overpay, however, as those two pets add up to an over the gap mainlist pet.
