It's fair considering they're the same however some people value true dates slightly more. I would go for it. There's no difference you just won't get to see your baby grow

a 5th tier is worth 6-7 09 rares and i don't think your side adds up to it. The malk cat has great demand tho, it might go for a couple 09 rares so i am not really sure. Maybe get a second opinion?
