rarity wise, they are overpaying. just their 2009 rare would be fair. not sure about the malk's demand tho.

actually perfectly fair rarity wise.
but halloween pets haves a bit more of demand than other releases, so i personally wouldnt do this trade if i was the one with the uncommon dog. a second opinion may be useful as well ^u^
