most people actually do value the Joker as an Non. (myself included)
they just aren't really interested to do an straight swap, but instead looking for an trade down to a few high demand listpets that together equal the worth of an non.

Rarity wise it's worth an early '10 rare, but it has some demand and goes for varying degrees of overpay. I've seen it go from 6+ '09 rares to as little as an '09 rare. It does go for fair trades though and it really depends on the person you're trading with and how you personally value it. c:

I also realized I forgot to answer your first question - it honestly depends! Some people (such as horse collectors) would likely offer a bit more for the whole set, but it really depends on your trading partner ^w^
