I'd say unfair to you hands down.

the bun plushies are worth 2014 pets, (either common or uncommon) meaning for relative fairness you'd need 6 or 12 commons from 2015 to meet the value. The rare could be worth more than 5 uncommons of 2015 (depending on how the individual values them, I go 3-5, some people do the 2 UC=1R, but no one can agree so I say 3-5 for good measure, 5+ for people who really value the rare tag) , each uncommon is viewed as equivalent to a common from the previous year so the rare alone would be fair if not overpay.

Unfair to the ice rat.

The Ice rat comes in at worth about 8 Mid-advents, each of those worth 6-8 09 rares. making it worth from 48-64 09 rares.

While there are a LOT of more recent rares, the total of 09s (and I could have calculated this HIGHER because of re-releases and mistaking a 2010 re-release for a 2009) You're coming in at around 30 in 09 values for later rares, and MAYBE 35 including all the other rares. (most consider year swaps as so: 2011= 2 2010 = 4 2013 = 8 2014 and so on, minimalizing the impact of the gratuitous amount of 2013-2015 non-re-release rares- and yes I know rarity math, but literally EVERYONE uses this rule, yes even for older rares.)
