Very unfair to you. Your pet is worth about 4 '09 rares. However ponies have low demand and malks tend to have a bit higher demand, so that's something to keep in mind.

I believe you are correct, but I am having a little bit of trouble finding the value gap breakdown (it's sneaky.) So I explain below.

This one is a little hard to say, as you go up the rares list everything becomes essentially worth the value of (teir bolow) + (mid/high Sept) but that low on the list it's (teir below) + ( mid/high advent) and the difficulty is weather or not the bottom value adds enough to be worth the teir jumps. I think the Ice rat + cake dog jumps up the list, but I don't think the extra 09 rares and store pets add the needed value to jump the tiers enough TO the Apple. (my best guess is that you reach Skell PPS, but you WILL need a more experienced trader who deals in the high rares, I've never done that myself ^^;; )
