How is this?

In terms of just rarity it's unfair to the bottom by roughly a floppy eared pink september or cake dog or so.
Considering the quantity on their side and the fact that the Tess horse isn't very high demand I personally wouldn't recommend adding any more to their side though. It's hard to say exactly how to value a trade like this because it all comes down to the individual users' decisions on how they want to value things - but it really doesn't look like that bad of a deal for either side as it sits. :)

I'm not too sure on the gaps between tiers- santa hat is a Tier 5 and the cookie a Tier 7. Thanks for any help ^^

That's unfair to them - a 2015 rare goes for a 2013 uncommon from the same part of the year. :)

The trade is quite unfair to the Grinner side. Normally Shimas go for a mid - high advent from what I've seen so you should remove everything and add a mid - high advent. Of course demand can vary and I've also seen a Shima go for a Red X PPS once, but that is normally pretty rare.
