by rarity, the gap between the apple and balloon is 2 scarf pps' or about 6 mid advents; the pink stripe is worth about 4 mid advents
leaving this unfair to them by a bit less than 2 mid advents (or a red dragon tier)

by demand, both the apple and the pink septembers don't have great demand; the balloon has average demand
so you likely would have to add on a bit more than the gap in rarity

VERY unfair to the scarf pps--the blue scarf is an advent list worth 3 mixed 2009 rares
the scarf pps is a september list worth 3 mid advents, or about 21 '09 rares

I do not believe so, because the scarf pps is a tier 4 september, and the blue scarf dog is a 1st tier advent list.
