by rarity its actually pretty fair.
the gap between the grinner & the pink sept is two mid advents or another grinner
when it comes to list trades, 6th & 5th tier advents generally count as mid advents as the rareslist isn't that strict
although it is fair by rarity, you would probably come across with some difficulty with trading him off fairly due to the poor demand (:
