So recently I've been getting a lot of trades for this eggs:

I was wondering if there was something special about them, and why people are offering uncommons for them?

The eggs aren't regular chickens. Most of them are growing into dragon like creatures that are a new line art. Because of that, they're more popular than regular chickens and a lot of people are hoarding them. As for whether the trade is fair, it's hard to even make a guess until the eggs grow to first stage. If all of your eggs end up being common or below, then it's either fair or unfair to them. If any of the eggs on your side end up uncommon, then it's unfair to you.

Unfair to you. That cat doesn't have as much demand as that wolf. Correct me if I'm wrong, I'm normally just good with my own trades.

It's about fair. The dog goes for 7-10C$ and the pet/items don't add much to the trade.

I agree, but make sure to explain why it's fair or unfair.

The horse is worth a '10 rare, and the dog on your side is more recent than that. I'm not sure exactly how much would need to be added on your side to make it fair.

With the amount of "dragons" around in circulation I doubt any will be uncommon, but if it were me I'd hold off on trading them because they could end up awesome and you'd miss them. Besides, with all the hoarders, you could possibly get better offers once they grow. It's honestly up to you though as no one knows the rarity they'll end up having, but rats are hard to trade off.
