A Grinner is worth around 14 '09 rares, and each 1st-tier Advent is worth around 3 '09 rares. Therefore, I would say around 4.5 1st-tier Advents. However, Grinners do not have the best demand, so I would personally knock that number down to 4.

Also, keep in mind that it's rare to find people who are looking for trade downs like that. ^^

Although it's unfair to you bu around 1.5-2 mid-Advents, I would go for it due to the higher demand of the Patchwork and the lower demand of the Pink Septmeber. That's just my opinion, though. ^^

Unfair to you by some amount, however Pink Septembers don't have the best demand and Patchwork has great demand, so personally I'd go for it. It's all up to you if you'd rather go by rarity though. c:
