Seems we've gotten stuck on the "Thriller" clue. You will find the next part of the puzzle by looking into the distant past. Don't think too abstractly with it -- what kind of direct meaning could "the distant past" have in relation to this thread? That is what my history comments are directing you towards, not anything on my pup itself. Look into my past and you will see a clear link to the word "Thriller." Once you find that, you will be getting close to the end of the quest, promise!

belong to Cataract. The first because its seemingly innocuous pup; but "ITS NOT WHAT IT SEEMS"
This clue could also apply to the one with a goofy face because while it looks silly now, in its adult stage it could be beautiful and it also fits with the glub glub glub hint.

Which of todays do we think belongs to PitchBlack? They gave a clue saying that theirs hadn't grown by day 8 (yesterday) so it has to be from today... Just making sure no one forgets this!

Good ideas, but unfortunately you are both off. There is something in the most distant past of my activity on this thread that as soon as you spot it, you will know the relevance of the "Thriller" clue and can go on from there. ^^

Lillians pup with the suspiciously long blanket looks like its concealing a centaur body! (Dog head & arms with horse body) Maybe Lilian dislikes it as it was too big of a challenging concept to nail properly? Still, she needs to remember something important. An artist is one who draws for others. Not ones self. If we all love it, you still succeeded as an artist. And that is still an accomplishment you should care most about.

OOh, this narrows it down a lot! I'll look into it later if no one else does. I'm doing homework right now though so I can't check.
