I think these two riddles might be connected or complete each other in some way...

...don't really know how, tho. (I'm terrible with riddles)

U feel like you have to rearrange the words somehow

I think Verdana's riddle comes first.
It makes more sense to me:

Two pups born lazily, onto streets away. The young were haphazardly thrown cruel words.

I would then quote them both, put them together so it was:
