Yes they are, but I think it's been years since they had rares (or very rares in the case of lions[or omgsorares in the very very minimal chance of getting a zebra out of horses/ponies]) from the monthly adopables[/quote]

Actually it's only been about a year since we've gotten a rare from a monthly adopt.

I luckily got the purple and green dragon, then I got the blue dragon from a new member (not coppa) for a lot of wishlist pets. I even told her it was high demand - lol, she didn't care

to be fair those were uncommon when they first came out, but later changed to rare after a rarity update. (':

but honestly they're probably just going to end up as uncommons, they're a pain to get now because it's a new species with lots of split outcomes and everyone who has it wants to keep it, not to mention all the hoarders actively seeking it. there's always a chance of it being rare, though.

I got in late to this and all mine are still growing but I hope out of the three blues I have I get at least one of that blue and black one. It's gorgeous.

This is why iam risking waiting,I really Want the black and blue one but I would rather wait till the demand dies,then try and trade for one with the trades going on with all the overpay.
I was unlucky and had my three red and three blue grow up into the first stage. But though I want the bigger more interesting and beautiful ones,iam risking waiting then trying to trade for them. In other months I've found waiting can pay off,as well as not pay off.

Are there any still growing that I've missed posts about btw?
