I think it might be unfair to the top, because their horse and rare dog are equal to your rare dogs, and the excess uncommons are overpay.

The rares are not equal to the rares on the bottom due to the three month rules
But yes its slightly unfair to the top

Demand is up to you and your partner to decide. There is no fair or unfair by demand since demand does not have a price ^^
I would remove the rat by rarity and then add a small amount. Like a low mainlist around an apple or so
