Just the 2010 uncommon alone would be fair for the pet on your side. They are greatly overpaying. Although, your pet has good demand due to it being an event pet, which may be why they are offering such overpay. ^^

In terms of rarity, definitely not. Though, I assume you're talking about demand.

I've seen this trade a lot, and I believe that the BA is definitely worth more than the Raven. The BA's demand has been so constant over the years that it has risen to the top of the September list. In both times that I have auctioned BAs, I have gotten above-gap list pets. The Raven has great demand as well, but I think the BA has better value in terms of both rarity and demand. ^^
