Hi!

I have some offers in an auction and was hoping for some help on deciding which one is the most fair/most valuable.

Most importantly, in Trade 2, the rat is a Santa Rat (4th tier advent list) and higher up on the advent list than the pet I am auctioning, but is it worth it because of lower demand for rats?

Though the Malk dragons do have nice demand

Definitely unfair to them; their pet is a store pet worth a mid '10 rare
Your side adds up to be about a bit over an '11 uncommon

By rarity, it's roughly fair since the '13 rare can fill the gap between the months
