Possessed eyes are from 2014 Halloween
And the deer is from 2015 easter.

So I would think of it like you would with pets. Thats how i trade my items anyways. Since most don't have a demand and none of them really have a rarity i would consider them as going by year, So maybe replace the deer with a 2014 item or add another 2015 item to make it even?(Deer side)

You might want to get a second opinion though before jumping into things because my thoughts on how to trade this might not be the most accurate.
