Their side is worth 3 09 rares and a 2010 rare roughly. So they would need to add about 3 09 rares plus a 2010 rare or a tiny bit less

By rarity it looks a little unfair to you ^^
They may not accept because of demand. They may expect more overpay because the cerb tends to have good demand
