So how do i make it fair?

Not too sure, but I believe you should be able to take away the last two items on your side. To my knowledge, the teddy bears are worth late '10 (or maybe mid '10) uncommons each, so that'd be fair enough for their 2 pets. May want another opinion, as I could be completely wrong.

All items here are from 2010 except the milk glass which is from 2011, so technically you could just replace a 2011 pet from their side to a 2010 pet which would make up for the teddy bears like she said ^^ Not sure what the striped bow is worth though, but maybe they could add something little? A uncommon from the late years perhaps? This is just my opinion so don't take it to heart, but i really hope it helps

Im not sure actually.. it might be unfair to yourself ^^
Headpiece and arrow are from 2011 and the heart collar is from 2009, they would approximatley be worth uncommons from those years and the rest of the items are from 2013-2015 so they wouldnt be worth as much (probably commons or so)

Another question. How many 09 rares would it take to get up on the next tier of the advent list?

For example if I had a 5th tier how many 09 rares would it take to get to the 6th tier?

It is unfair to them. The 2014 uncommon is unneeded. Well demand is user based, it depends on how much you and your trading partner value the pets.
