First one is really unfair to you.
second one seems to be unfair to you too, but i am not sure about this one, as my list experiences are not more than adventlist.
your red toxic is on the mainlist and worth much more than a whole zodiac set.

I would say unfair to you since their pets are from '14 and '15 while yours is a rare from '13. for what should be changed/added I suggest a second opinion for that.

If you value the unknown cat at uncommon level you would have 4 15 uc and 3 14 uc.
4 15 uc equal 2 14 uc.
so 5 14 uc make 2 13 uc and a 14 uc.
they need to add one 14 uc so it adds up to one 13 uc, and another 13 uc since 4 13 uc make one 13 rare (:
