The giant soldier loomed above him, heavy sword in hand. He had to strain his neck to see into his eyes. The sunlight beamed off his silver sword and right into the little pup's eyes. The young solider looked around at the battle around him. This was it. The monster began to bring his sword down and the world moved in slow motion. Sweat trickled past the pup's brow as he watched the sword fly through the air. His breath caught in his throat and he helplessly cried "Time-Out!" Before fleeing as fast as his paws would allow. The giant looked around confused as to why his sword hit the ground. "There are no time-outs in battle!" He cried as he looked for the pup who happened to be safe inside his home. The pup took a drink of water; ecstatic at the thought of living another day. XD
