I don't really know item rarities but those are really good items on your side, but on the other hand their rat is on the main list.

I agree that it's unfair to the top, the light heart rat is worth a little over 4 mid advents.
However many of the items on the bottom are worth between an 08-09 rare, and are worth at least a grinner, or 2 mid advents.
