Unfair to them. A 2010 rare is worth 4 2012 rares, so your common pets don't cover the gap. ^^

It all depends on how you value it at this point, so it's pretty hard to pinpoint if it's fair or not :P personally, I haven't seen the pineapple go for above the gap pets at all recently, but you'll definitely want another opinion ^^
