Unfair to you. The first two pets on your side are fair for their pets. The rest is overpay.
But it is worth mentioning that the Raven does have demand, so it can go for more.

Do whatever you want to do with the trade, but it is really unfair to them.
Rats typically are hard to trade off, but with that said; if you find the right person you will get the rat's worth with ease.
If you want to find out more, browse the auction threads / trade threads and see what they go for.
It's unfair by approx a grinner.
