Fair or unfair? And how could it be edited to make it fair if it isn't? I really want the rat so I'm willing to spend a little extra.

unfair to the rat in terms of rarity. Your side is worth a little more than 4 mid advents by rarity. You would need to add a little less than two mid advents for this to be fair ^^

Raven dogs will normally go for more, so they probably wouldn't accept demand wise ^^

Saying this is what reinforces people's urge to expect more for the raven dog. The trade is unfair to the heart Advent.

Agreed they're overpaying, a 2012 rare is only work about 5-7C$.

20C$ is equal to a mid 2010 rare, not a 2009 rare.
Or a current store pet. ;D

2011 UC's are worth about 4C$ while 2013 UC's are worth 2C$
