Okay, I checked some threads, and would this be fair?

medium speckled rat + pink patchy september + 20C$ = pink balloon dog?

C$ wise, I think 20 would close the gap in C$ value between a red rose and pink september, although if you count 20 C$ as a late '10 rare, pet wise, it would be unfair to the balloon dog. I was told that the gap between the september and red rose is a mid advent, although I'd definitely get a second opinion to be sure. c:

the gap between the rat and balloon is a red rose. the gap between the pink september and red rose is a 7th tier advent, which is worth 75C$, so the rat + september + 75C$ would be fair ^^

But when I looked around I saw that the difference in C$ between a pink Sept Dog and the Red Rose was 20 C$ (I used the C$ thread) So which one would be fair?

Or, if I added a grinner dog on my side, what would they need to add? About a seventh tier, right?

you can't really add C$ as the gaps between, you should find the gap in pets and then translate this to C$ ^^ it's confusing because pet and C$ values don't correspond ^^ (feel free to PM me if you want a more in depth explanation)
as for the grinner question, if you replace the C$ with a grinner, they would need to add around a 7th tier advent + an 09 rare
