The first is unfair to you. they would have to add a few '09 rares.
The second is unfair to them by the 2013 rare. Just remember that your pink mini husky has much higher demand than the rat they are offering, c: other than that, its a fair tier swap.

I think the overpay on my side covers the demand but I'm not sure.
