It's unfair to the Grinner by quite a bit as far as rares come into play. The sheep dog, that your interested in, is only worth a mid '10 rare where as the Grinner is worth two mid Advents (I believe) worth about 6 to 7 '09 rares per mid advent (grey border collie tier)
So together the three pets on the top only add up to 2 '09 rares.
With that in mind they would have to add 10 to 12 more '09 rares in order for it to be fair for the Grinner c:

Rather large overpay by the top. The malk cat alone is a good overpay, due to the 3 month rule, and it having good demand. The '10 uncommons make it much more unfair to them than it would have been already.

As far as dates go, you are overpaying.
Though the lioness has pretty high demand and some users tend to want more for the lioness c:
