I think it's fair.
Three plushies each for one of the 2009 VRs (at least the bun is on the List, as far as I remember) and the last one for the Store Pet.
So I would say it's pretty fair c:

I think it would be unfair to the blood dog demand wise. I've seen (and received) lots of September list trades for the PPS August lion...mostly ginners, light leopards, and cake dogs, but I have very rarely seen it go any higher than a cake dog (although it has happened, but I would say that it's a rare exception).
