The top one doesn't seem fair. But the other two seem fair to both you and your partner. Yet the last one may be a bit of overpay from your partner.

Could I have a 2nd opinion for the 1st and 3rd trades?

If anything, you're overpaying. the shima longtail is worth a 09' rare, nothing more. the demand however is skyrocketing, so people believe that it is worth twenty times more than it's original value, so it's hard to get a fair trade for it.
