No, actually, hun, not exactly. Solloby clearly states the July pets are worth more than August, August more than September, etc, etc. It's the person's own fault if they fail to read this, and I highly suspect that any newbie who can't read that in the rarity guide is not going to read a Comparison guide.
Also this IS a full comparison guide really - each month is rarer than the next (except for the specials but I made notes about the Advent pets etc). Besides, rarity isn't something quantifiable.
The only way to make a full rarity comparison guide would be to give each pet a rarity value, with higher values indicating the pet is more common. So a July rare would be say 3, and a common January pet would be say 300 or something. But the problem with this is, people would start using the guide and insisting the number values matched as closely as possible, not taking into account a lot of other variables, and the numbers would be guesstimated in the first place meaning they cannot be accurate. Also it would take a lot of time.
