After lots of editing back and forth, I've figured out this trade with my partner:

I don't really care if it's a bit unfair to me, because I don't have much interest in the sunjewel anyway, and there's some pretty high demand pets in there, it's not too bad to accept, right? I'm just double checking here c: thanks!

It is unfair to you. Pretty sure your items are older and theirs are newer, and the lion is a older year than the horse. Plus lions have a better demand than horses.

I would decline or edit it so its fair.

But the choice is yours.

Personally I wouldn't but it's going to be up to you in the end. They'd need to add at least an 08 UR cat if not more to their side before it would be fair but it's totally up to you.
