Another two trades I just received. Is either of these fair?

Second one is for sure very unfair to you.
even including the bananas bad demand. It is a list pet above the gap, so a few rares do not equal that.
first one is a bit unfair to you i think, but not sure about that...
better get a second opinion

Its unfair to you. Yours is a list pet and is worth about 4-5 2009 rares (I think)
