Not sure about the first trade, but the second trade looks right around fair, maybe slightly unfair to them.

Unfair to you demand wise, unfair to them rarity wise. Bunnies are fairly easy to trade off, where as it's nearly impossible to find someone who likes rats, horses, and ponies.

Decrease your side by 7 rates, which are the most recent. Malk dragons are pretty high on demand, but not that high.
