Well, Technically the Nick dog alone is overpay, but they have terrible demand and Zodiacs go for alot. So in the end it's up to you.

Rarity wise it looks right around fair, maybe slightly unfair to you, but demand wise it's unfair to them. Nick pets may be bad in demand, but they aren't that hard to trade off because they're so rare, and rats and horses are horribly hard to trade off.

Decrease your side by 7 rates, which are the most recent. Malk dragons are pretty high on demand, but not that high.
