The demand for the Cerberus is crazy high, so people expect main lists for them or high Septembers. If you want to generally over-pay I would add about a mid-high September. Or you could add a couple of advents.

Would an advent list pet be fair for an August PPS Lion, or overpay? Or Underpay o.o? I'm not sure, I do apologize if this is the wrong thread!

This would be better asked on the What is this pet worth thread. But I have seen people get about a 7th tier advent and add for the August pps. It depends, you could be lucky and get one for a 1st tier etc.
