I think fair to the cat, unfair to the nick horse, and fair for the last one.

It's definitly not fair for the last one(unfair for the halloween pets).
Those pets are much harder to get cuz you need to collect candies for them and candies are much in demand but those rats are avaliable for everyone to adopt so it's definitly unfair for the cat and cage.

How about a yellow sorbet for a joker, 4 rare 09 rats and that snow dog up there the 08 rare one in day dreamers post( i have the same pet as that person) would tht be fair?
