I think it might be unfair to the dog?
I'm not that good with item rarities and such...

Non-Balloon Dog for Grey Malk Dragon.
I'm about 90% sure it's unfair to the Balloon (if it's not please correct me!) so what could the Dragon add to make it fair, or what could the Non-Balloon be switched for to make it fair?

Maybe a few other '09 rares? Some that are close to May, either a month before or a month after?
