The first rat, the main list, is worth anything of the same tier, or around a UR Apple + a Red Rose tier September.
The warrior is worth any '09 very rare from within three months of its release date, or around 2 '09 rares from near the same time.
The same rule applies to the rat, though you may get a bit less due to the less-than-stellar demand.
And again, the same rule applies to the Nick Sunback.
The three very rares together can get you around a low Advent, if you can find someone who wants to do a trade down like that. ^^
